Group Therapy

 According to the American Psychological Association, group therapy has been found to be as effective as individual therapy for treating a wide variety of mental health symptoms.

Why is group therapy so effective? In many cases, the real healing happens through the shared experiences and relationships built in the group process. We know we are not meant to go through this life alone. Not only is group therapy a great way to connect with others in a safe, supportive environment, it is also an efficient way to begin your healing journey.
