Brandy is passionate about using massage therapy, breath work and yoga to cultivate a holistic sense of wellbeing. Her massage sessions offer focused attention, are held with compassion, and can progress through a variety of modalities including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Thai Massage. In addition, she offers private yoga sessions that utilize breath work, and therapeutic stretching.
Brandy's client-centered sessions prioritize individual needs, using customized techniques for transformative results. Creating a tranquil environment with a calming atmosphere, soothing music, and hands-on bodywork can work wonders in deepening a felt sense of tension relief. This therapeutic approach promotes overall well-being, aids in the healing process, and can rejuvenate individuals on a profound level.
Yoga For the Mind & Body
In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Brandy has also been a yoga teacher for 18 years. Her trainings have focused on classical Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. The journey of helping people through yoga developed into a desire to pursue massage therapy in order to deepen her professional practice.

Brandy has experience from a diverse background that includes gaining a Masters degree in Health Science, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Since the beginning of her college days, she has been intrigued with complementary and integrative health practices. Her research has focused on mindfulness, psychological wellbeing, and health-related quality of life. Brandy’s passion for mental and physical well-being can be felt through her private yoga lessons and transformative, therapeutic massages.
