The Present Moment Is Paramount to Healing
Stephanie’s great joy is guiding individuals and couples through a process of mindful self-awareness and growth toward healing, change, confidence and tranquility.
Stephanie has a focus and intention towards supporting those who suffer with trauma, which includes EMDR therapy, the Flash Technique and the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy. EMDR and its extended preparation techniques are a highly specialized therapy process which supports actual healing through a neurological reprocessing of the traumatic event which then releases your heightened, current day sensitivities. Stephanie is also very passionate about her work with couples, having trained specifically in The Gottman Method, and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples), Stephanie as well seeks to support those who are in high pressure careers which has resulted in exhaustion and self-doubt. Thus, she has embraced treatment modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, which best support these particular struggles.
