Driven by Experience
Jill comes to our practice with over thirty years of mental health experience. She chose a career in mental health due to her experience with her mother’s bipolar illness, and has always been committed to and believes in the positive outcomes of effective mental health treatment.
Years of Experience
Jill has treated people from all walks of life, and with all possible diagnoses and focuses on the treatment of people in crisis or people who have ongoing needs for support and care. She has expertise in areas such as depression and anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, challenges for people who are neuro-atypical, and recovery from traumatic experiences – including rape or childhood abuse. Jill also treats adolescents and couples. She also has years of experience treating addiction and can assist in long term sobriety work.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation of her treatment and utilizes a variety of strategies from different therapy modalities depending on the needs of the person. Jill has worked in mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, on crisis teams, as well as in private practice for many years. She would love to assist you in feeling good and hopeful, and reaching your personal and mental health goals.
