The Healing Power of Connection

Healing happens through secure & meaningful connections. In a non-judgmental space, we can release shame, embrace self-acceptance, and build deeper, more secure relationships with ourselves and others. Heather is committed to creating a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. She understands the importance of feeling heard and valued, ensuring you can express yourself freely, without fear or hesitation. In this supportive space, Heather guides you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. Using a person-centered approach rooted in interpersonal neurobiology, relational therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps you uncover and reshape unconscious patterns and expectations, fostering meaningful change in your life. Heather also integrates EMDR to process both major and minor traumas, addressing the negative beliefs that may be holding you back from growth.
