Clinical Focus

Chloe is a licensed counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome their mental health concerns and relationship distress. She holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to her graduate studies and clinical experience, Chloe has completed 76 hours of training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EF/EFIT), as well as being trained as a Certified Trauma Professional. Chloe’s work with her clients reflects the trainings and education she has had, as well as her own experiences in counseling. Chloe is a firm believer that helping professionals should seek guidance, support, and therapy in order to best support their clients.

Healing The Inner Critic

Chloe’s practice focuses on healing a client’s attachment and relationship wounds, providing a safe and secure presence for the client(s), and reframing or challenging a client’s inner critic. As a Certified Trauma Professional, Chloe has vast understanding of how past trauma impacts today’s well-being. She utilizes her studies as a CPT therapist and EFT techniques, along other techniques. Chloe, like all Wellness & Courage clinicians, is LGBTQIA+ friendly and affirming.

In Her Spare Time

Chloe enjoys hiking or having puppy play dates with her friends and their pets, reading out on the patio, painting, or listening to music. She spends time cooking or baking for herself, or as a way of showing her appreciation to her friends or family. She has also been enjoying listening to podcasts, and even recently started a mental health podcast of her own!

Reduced rate:

As a licensed associate counselor, Chloe does not accept insurance at this time; however, you may use HSA funds.

Clients typically use self-pay services because they are 1) either uninsured or under-insured (very high deductible, copay, or limited coverage); or 2) they do not want their diagnosis and progress shared with their insurance company. If you could benefit from reduced rate therapy sessions with a licensed counselor, with experience and training in trauma and relationships, click the “Schedule An Appointment” button above to request an appointment.
