Your Safe Space

I enjoy helping others actualize their goals through inclusive, client-led counseling. I believe that everyone can benefit from having a place to process experiences in a judgment-free, warm, safe space. As a client, I accept you for who you are, and work hard to create that space where you can feel safe to share fears and experiences. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside in your self-discovery journey. We will work together to help move you towards a future you desire.

LGBTQ+ Advocate

My hope is for everyone to have a safe space to explore their own experiences, wants and needs. I continuously work to provide an LGBTQ+ safe space for counseling. Additionally, I have experience working with varying relationship styles and love to see clients develop and grow into the lives they imagine for themselves, whether that conforms to societal definitions or not.

A Little About Me

I received my master’s degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. During my degree program, I worked in an adult inpatient facility and with adolescents in the juvenile justice system. Today, I have a passion to work with adults through individual counseling, family therapy, and couples therapy.

 Relationship Healing

Relationship counseling is not just for couples with extreme problems, conflicts, or issues. There are times when even the healthiest and happiest of us need a little assistance to navigate through life. When we are one half of a couple in a committed relationship, sometimes there are ups and downs. Although it is completely expected and normal to experience these challenges and difficulties, at times, they can seem particularly magnified. This is when couples counseling can help.

Couples counseling is a form of psychotherapy or counseling designed to help partners recognize and resolve any form of conflict or challenges that may weigh on their relationship. It has the capacity to resolve new conflicts, as well as deep-rooted, long-standing ones.
